1. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.
2. One of the best measures of character is what comes out when they are stressed. 
3. Focus on positivity. 

Fill your mind and heart with good things so that they are in there when you need them.  Putting the right stuff in is important, but getting the bad stuff out is necessary too.
