Erin and her husband Tom have two sons and live in Glenview, Illinois. She served at Bellarmine Jesuit Retreat House since 2012, and as the Executive Director since 2019. She’s on the Board of Directors for the Ignatian Spirituality Project, holds a BA from University of Illinois, as well as a Culinary Arts Degree and enjoys cooking, reading, day-hiking, and kayaking.
