I had a blast having Ilaisa Tuiaki on the podcast. Coach Tuiaki is a fantastic coach and person with tremendous experience in all aspects of football. On this episode we talk though his history and how he chose to serve a full time church mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints before going to play college football. He also shares his thoughts and approach on "mission kids" now that he is a coach. We spoke through his experience in MMA fighting and how it has helped him be a better teacher on the field. He brings a unique perspective to the recruiting process as a whole. Focusing on more than the physical attributes of a recruit and their film. Explaining why it has to be a fit for both the student-athlete and college football program. It's definitely one of our longer episodes, but worth every second! Follow Coach Tuiaki on instagram to keep up with coaching clinics he has decided to put on: @Coach_Tuiaki
