We delve into important statistics from a Southern Utah University report that evaluated over 33,000 recruits over 10 years. The report highlights the average height and weight of players who transition to the next level, categorized by position. Notably, most players are above 6 feet tall, but there's still room for those who don't meet these measurements. We emphasize the importance of focusing on controllable metrics and attributes to compensate for any physical limitations along with a few tips to help you do that!
