The holidays are truly a wonderful time of year...but they can also be stressful! In this episode, I talk about 6 things you can do to stay healthy and happy during the holiday season!
1. Keep health a priority (Move, eat your veggies, go easy on the treats and booze, and don't forget to drink water!)
2. Manage stress and find peace every day. This will ground you so you can focus on the small but important stuff. And don’t forget to do the little stuff that you want to do.
3. Practice gratitude. Keep your REAL priorities in check
4. Stop with the unrealistic expectations – When we let this be our guidepost, we will always be disappointed
5. Love people where they are. This will allow you both to show up as your best.
6. Sleep...you won't regret it!
This will help you stay healthy and not burnt to a crisp, so you can flow into 2023, because the best is yet to come, and I want you able to receive the blessings coming your way!
