Renée Lautermilch is a highly accomplished learning and development leader with over 20 years of experience in various industries, including healthcare, fitness, and hospitality. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, then pursued an MBA, and MEd.
Renée has put her knowledge to good use and has won several leadership awards. Currently, she is recognized as the Learning and Performance Institute’s 2022 Learning Leader of the Year.
She has co-founded two businesses; myHearingU, an online school dedicated to the education and further development of the next generation of hearing healthcare providers, and Smart Shark, a highly sought-after business integration consultancy. In addition to the companies she has co-founded, she also built the learning & development departments of the largest retail hearing healthcare company in the United States and the world’s most iconic fitness gym brand.
She just published her first book – Leading Through Love: Throwing Out Everything Corporate Taught You About Leadership & Management.
