In this episode Im chatting with Megan Fitzpatrick. Megan is the CEO & Founder of The Fitz Solution, a national classroom empowerment program for developing teens in high school looking to make their next big decision - college or not?
As a classroom teacher for more than eight years, developing curriculum for the district and the Florida Department of Education and seeing the standards and creating the pacing guides for testing and related materials, these projects showed her the immense need beyond academics of instilling self-worth and self-confidence for students to explore who they are, and where they want to be. She founded The Fitz Solution to provide customized one on one and group tutoring sessions that help students not only with their core academics, but as well, build their life confidence and make decisions for tomorrow - without shame, fear, or guilt. In 2019 she created “The Ultimate Selfie” - a signature program method part of The Fitz Solution to help empower teens to confidently answer the question: "What's Next?" She works with teens across the nation to define their strengths, values, and passions and has created a guide for life after high school. She is committed to creating a filterless world for her clients, free of judgment.
