About Dionne:
Dionne Malush is the co-owner of Realty ONE Group Gold Standard, the fastest growing real estate company in Pittsburgh. She is a 1989 graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Since starting her real estate career, she has been coached by many of the top real estate coaching companies in the country. She was ranked in the Top 500 Real Estate Marketers in the US and Canada. After 3.5 years of opening Gold Standard, her and her partner have now opened Motto Mortgage Keystone with a new partner, Greg Incardona; WeInsure Gold Standard and Gold Standard Closings with their partner, Jennifer Enciso making it a true family of companies. In 2015, she closed 78 transactions while being injured for the last 2 months of the year. She maintained that same amount of production year after year. She also closed her biggest transaction of her career by selling a home to one of her beloved Pittsburgh Penguins, Phil Kessel. She has also authored "25 Tips for Selling a Home in Pittsburgh". An avid Pittsburgh sports fan, she also loves fast/luxury cars. She enjoys traveling while spending time with Jason, her husband, her family and going boating or snowmobiling. It is her goal to affect someone's life every day in a positive way and she does just that at Gold Standard. Her hobbies included reading and mindset/personal development training. Her and her husband own several multi-unit buildings in the Mon Valley area. She loves Christmas and during the pandemic of 2020 opened Santa's Secret Shoppe in the city of Monongahela.
