On this week's podcast, we explore change. Since recording it 12 hours ago, my family has experienced more change! We may have found a new home! As you listen, you'll find we were at a roadblock only 12 hours ago. This only goes to show that change can happen abruptly or gradually. Whatever the case, people still must deal with change. 

How does the thought of change affect you? Do you embrace it or face it with dread or avoidance? Good things to think about. The world is flush with change and it always has been. Some changes we may face are frightening and some are just the way of life. 

We have to think about our response to change. If we practice an open mindset, even though we would rather not face changes, an open mindset will make us more ready. So, if you do not embrace change, how can you help yourself to become flexible enough so that when you do face change, you do not become paralyzed, rigid, or grouchy?
