There are so many tools at our fingertips to keep us resilient in challenging times. They take a bit of effort sometimes to get started, but once started, big changes can come from little tweaks to our habits and attitude.
This week, I want to encourage you to try one of my favorite ones. When we look past the curtain of gloom and fear in the world, there are so many absolutely amazing things!! Focusing on the simple things that we cannot understand or fathom can block out the worry and fear long enough be zapped with a bit of joy getting us to a better mindset. Making it a daily habit can have long term change and become a contagion to those around you!!
For starters...how did someone think up the idea of steps? Making a stairway? I mean, would you have thought of that? And then to make a whole floor above another floor? Whoooa!!
