Isn't it funny how often when we are overwhelmed with busy-ness we decry, "I should.... or I shouldn't....?" On the other hand, when we are in a time of calm and a slow schedule, we often do the same thing..."I should...or I shouldn't." We have so many things we want to change or make better about ourselves or our habits. Well, we can...but some of us (I'm talking to me, too!) need a better mindset about it so we can approach those changes or habit making attitudes in a healthier and more understanding way. Science has some insight!
