Description

Have you ever noticed something and felt the need to “fix, fix, fix” it? Your host, Lindsay Poelman, is here to tell you that you don’t need to fix everything, especially not right away. Every Healing Journey typically starts with a “Clarity + Discovery” phase, where grief inevitably follows. Many people aren’t aware of this, so when the need for grief processing arises, they often resist, stuff back down, avoid, or react in other ways. When this happens, the emotions that need to be felt–aren’t dealt with–and consequently get stored in the physical body. This episode is your reminder that it’s ok to be gentle with yourself (in fact, Lindsay encourages it) during any healing and growth journey. When we become aware that we’re in these phases,  we really want to practice attuning to the needs of our Body so we can create safety. This is paramount when it comes to living a Soul-Led life that many of us dream (or are afraid to dream) of. A life of freedom, ease, joy, and Aliveness.

Listen in to discover one thing you can do to support YourSelf if you can relate to any of this. And . . . whether you’re doing your own healing work–or you’re a Coach supporting your clients in healing and growth work–this episode is for you.
