In this episode, Gianna shares her exciting story of losing her period not once, but twice, and how she ultimately got it back and is happily pregnant!

• If you don’t work on the deeper things that are rooted in you with your relationship with food and your body and exercise, you could have a period every month but you will not be truly living your life!
