Meet Norell:
Building my brand under ProLeadership has been an honor and a pleasure. It brings me great joy to be able to provide services for our communities that not only supports individuals at a professional level, but also at a personal level. Like all parts of our dynamic, interconnected ecosystem, our vocation is unequivocally tied to our sense of self and ultimately our mental health. My journey as a psychologist catapulted when I was introduced to Organisational Psychology, a branch of psychology that focuses on Human Behaviour in the Workplace. It dawned on me that most people spend a majority of their waking life within the workplace and that this environment must be protected to sustain mentally healthy and functional societies. I instantaneously fell in love and made it my life mission to support leaders and their teams create
the "place I want to be" type workspaces that fulfill, inspire and drive productivity.
Today my focus is working with highly technical professionals who find themselves having to work with peers, clients, stakeholders and lead teams of people on a daily basis. These professionals are usually high performing in their area of technical expertise. They prefer their own company over the company of others. Gatherings and social events can drain their batteries. They usually are in executive leadership roles because they are the CEO, Founder and/or part of the Executive Leadership team, and they are pivotal to the business they are in. I am able to equip these leaders with strategies to identify and develop their executive leadership team, and tap into their own strengths and abilities to uplift their own leadership capability.
