There are a lot of options in the wedding industry, but it’s a good idea to figure out who you are within your business because it will guide your products, niche, and offers.
The other benefit of deciding who you are, and perhaps the most important, is that it will clarify what your responsibilities are on the day of an event. You can’t try to do everything on the day of a wedding, you have to pick a role and stick to it.
