Welcome to Mini-Yarn number two! In this episode I talk about the 'weight of stress', and open up about parts of my health journey over the past year.  My story goes from working full-time in a mentally challenging role as a lawyer, to my body pushing the pause button on my behalf and taking some serious time out to rest. I talk about my experience emerging from a state of flight/fight mode and how much my health has improved as a result.
