Day 10 – Friday, December 22: 12 Days of Christmas Body Weight Workout- Strength Surge  

On the 10th day of FITMAS, Do Hard Things gave to me: 12 Days of FITMAS Bodyweight Workout  

🔥 Bodyweight Workout Routine: 

  1.  Jumping Jack 
  2. Push-ups 
  3. Lunges (Each Side) 
  4. 20 Flutter Kicks (Each Side) 
  5. Burpees 
  6. Mountain Climbers (Each Side) 
  7. V-Up 
  8. Air Squat 
  9. High Knees 
  10. Tricep Dip 
  11. High Knee 
  12. Plank - Hold as long as you can (at least 1 minute) 

 🎁 Challenge: 

Like the 12 Days of Christmas song, complete each exercise in ascending order, working from 1 up to 12. Starting from 1 – do 1 jumping jack.   Then 1 jumping jack and two push ups.  Then one jumping jack, two push-ups and 3 lunges and so on, all the way to 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12. 

 *Make it Harder: Once you go from 1 through 12, go back down from 12 through 1.
