In this episode, I have a conversation with Luge Hardman.  Luge has dedicated her life to public service.  She grew up in her dirt floor home in Arkansas and chased after her dreams of becoming a teacher.  She taught American History for 30 years before being elected mayor of Waynesville where she served x2, four year terms.  We discuss her ambition to serve and the challenges she faced leading a community during the flood of 2013.  She outlines her leadership principles and some of the habits that enable her success. She recently authored the book: “Small Town Mayor" which will be coming out soon.   I invited her as a guest as she is someone that I look up to and witnessed how her leadership made such a positive influence on my community.  She is inspiring and a role model for others to emulate.
