Historically, I have avoided the topic of shame. Well, my own shame. But recently, I have been doing a lot of un-shaming as part of my unmasking journey with my ADHD diagnosis. This helped me see that I have actually been working on my shame for much longer than I realized and that it didn't have to be as awkward and painful as I had believed it would be.
