I started a list called 23 in 2023. It's a list of 23 things or goals, that I want to achieve in 2023. One of them is journaling. Every year I try to incorporate journaling into my routine, but it never sticks. So I'm trying something new to see if it will work this year, and I wanted to share it with all you Mamas out there.
