I am always talking about Self Care for us Mamas. Because we definitely need it to stay sane and healthy both physically and mentally. But how about our little humans? Don't they need self care too? I've found a few ways that you can provide self-care for the kiddos too, especially if they are challenged with trying to regulate their emotions and feelings. These little things have helped me so much. You know your child best so do what's best for them and you.
