Just a quick Blip on expectations and how we Mamas perceive our motherhood journey. Expectations vs Reality are two totally different things. Motherhood is not what you perceive it to be. For me, motherhood was not what I dreamed of. But that's not a bad thing. Sometimes, we focus too much on how we think motherhood should look like, and we don't realize that how it actually turns out to be, is just as amazing!! So don't sweat it Mamas. Just because your kid's first birthday, or their first day of school , or their first trip to Disney, is not how you thought it would be, doesn't mean your kid is not happy and that you're not doing a great job. BELIEVE me!! You are doing amazing!
