At first, I thought this was a ripoff of Grant Cardone's 10X book...
However, after reading it, I was very surprised! The mental frameworks Dan Sullivan and Benjamin Hardy articulate to the audience have altered the way I focus my time. They provide a clear framework for growing your business without growing the "more of what you currently are doing." I think that is what scares us about growing. We are thinking "linearly" meaning twice as many of this and that... and it scares us into doing the same old routine.
It's the wrong way to look at it.
80% of our activities keep us where we are and 20% produce the results. The book illustrates how it's easier to 10x than it is to 2x. Now, I know how crazy that sounds but bear with me.. STOP THINKING LINEARLY and start shifting your focus.
