Hey zillas. I’ve got my girl Keisha here who is a Post Partum Doula + Lactation Consultant. She also is a massage therapist who saved me during wedding season while pregnant by giving me the best prenatal massages evaaa. Today we chat all about the journey of post partum, how it looks different for everyone, that it is SO important to have a good support system and how a pp doula can be that for you. We talk about breastfeeding, about prenatal massages, and so much more. I even ask Keisha if anyone has ever asked for a “happy ending” in a massage….ew.
