Episode 13 of the “What’s Your Why Podcast” is out now with Akira van Egmond.
It was a joy to have Akira come on and talk about all aspects of training. How he trains and why he trains is one of the big topics discussed throughout the episode. We also discussed overall work capacity, the ups and downs of working in restaurants, and a bit about fitness in Miami.
He is a man of movement and through his Instagram page, he shows his everyday fitness journey. I have been a fan of his for years and really enjoyed getting to know him a bit via the interview.
As always I am very thankful for having him on and loved talking about fitness and athleticism.
