This week we have Francois on the podcast talking about a wide variety of sports that he has competed and participated in. In all aspects, he seems to be a man of movement and he is constantly on the search for new ways he can add movement to his life.
From freestyle kayaking, rock climbing, and silk ropes Francois seems to be willing to basically do whatever he sets his mind to.
I really enjoyed further getting to know Francois throughout the podcast and wish him luck moving to Kansas City this week.
