This episode is a recap of my attempt at the Maah Daah Hey Trail Ultramarathon from this past weekend. Troy is my friend and brother-in-law so he helped crew me for the race and joined me on the trail for the last section I attempted that day.
The race brought me to death's door and I am very happy to be alive. We broke down the race, what went well, what could have been done better, and talked through the lessons learned through that day and since.
