Welcome to Simple(ish) Fitness!
When we think of a fitness journal often our minds go to a log-book style paper that we mark each time we finish a workout or eat a meal.
While fitness journaling can look like that, it’s not the only way it can look. We found that it has a lot more overlap with life journaling than we typically think. Today we explore the benefits of journaling, how that can look differently for different people, and how it can fit with different lifestyles and preferences.
