Ali discovered significant relief from decades of panic attacks and anxiety through a regular yoga practice. Always fascinated by the human condition, his curiosity was piqued. How was this ancient Indian practice still so relevant and effective thousands of years later?
He left a successful career in corporate communications in London to pursue certification through the International Association of Yoga Therapists and now works with people from all walks of life on mindfulness, stress management and coping with mood disorders.
