Prof. Anthony Klotz debuts Season 2 of Why I Left. His research on resignations lead to predicting a major pandemic-related labor shift resulting in the Great Resignation in May 2021.
He is fascinated by the causes and effects of how and why people resign, and his work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review and The Wall Street Journal.
