The pandemic served as a wake-up call for Todd, forcing him to pause and reevaluate his priorities. It provided him with a much-needed perspective on life, which was often overshadowed by the fast-paced nature of news reporting. He feared regretting not spending enough time with his loved ones in the future, rather than regretting work-related achievements.
Todd shares advice for those who are contemplating a career change after spending a significant amount of time in one industry. He encourages individuals to shift their mentality and consider opportunities beyond what is familiar and comfortable. Running towards something, rather than running away from something, can lead to a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life.
