Today’s guest is Matthew Petz ,who is a member of David Lindahl’s program, RE Mentor, where he’s been professionally investing in real estate since June 2019.
He bought his first single-family residence in 2010 and sold this property in 2018, walking away with a 200% gain on this investment.
Those are the returns he looks to produce from a buy and hold strategy.
Being a co-founder of AMP Investing, LLC, he spends many hours learning about and looking at real estate while developing a team to help him through this process.
Matthew’s hobbies include:
* Working on and racing drag and dirt-track cars.
