This week's episode discusses scheduling JOY into your life to steadily fill your cup and help you become the healthier, happier, more present person you were meant to be. Cuz let's be real, being a mom/significant other/friend can get CRAZY BUSY, but actually taking time to enjoy the LITTLE MOMENTS can be the boost of dopamine or serotonin you need to get you through the day, week, month or year.
The more you work your 'Joy' muscle, the more GRATEFUL you become, enjoying the LITTLE THINGS, and eventually, the HAPPIER you'll be where happiness is no longer the exception but the RULE.
HOMEWORK:
I CHALLENGE you to seek the tiniest moments of joy, even if it only consists of sitting on your back patio for 5-10 minutes taking in a beautiful sunset with your significant other. After discovering those activities, write them down and hold on to them close! You never know when you'll need to revisit that list when you're having a downer day and need a quick pick-me-up.
