When I first started I had no clue what to eat. The worst part is... I was probably expected to. I was in good shape, and studying to be a personal trainer. None of that meant I knew what was good for my body. 

I learned most of it on my own through trial and error. In this episode I give my best piece of advice when looking at ingredients and some easy things you can do to avoid some really crappy food.
