Do you wake up in the morning and have back pain? Are you more stiff than you should be?
Here are 3 super simple ways to help change that and start feeling better if you sleep in ways that annoy your lower back.
1. If you sleep on your side put a pillow between your knees. This helps keep your spine aligned.
2. If you sleep on your back put the below under your knees/thighs. This way your spine isn't extended all night and can relax.
3. If you sleep on your stomach (which I personally love, even though I wake up feeling terrible) put a pillow under your pelvis to help keep your back neutral (This has definitely helped me).
If you are like me you roll around all night so don't worry if things fall out of place, if you keep doing it it will catch on, and that is every minute you are not putting your back under pressure.
