This week I find myself reflecting on how I once was and how I could be carried away with other peoples misery. There was a lot of mixed emotions during the week which I try to delve into and try see how different I react to things now a days. How easy it is to replay old patterns and how the ego can almost destroy any good work done.
I talk a little about polyamory and my thoughts on it.
My gratitude is key to all future progress.
I’m really sorry for this late podcast I really tried to get it done in time but unfortunately 40 mins after recording I totalled my car and had to get it pulled off the road at 12am. No one was injured thank god and I’m grateful to have walked away unharmed.
Someone was definitely shining down on me.
