This episode was a last minute decision to get what I was going through in that moment on camera. It’s deep, it’s raw but that is what we who suffer from addiction or mental health issues or maybe everyone goes through. Its hard at the time but I stay true to my self and I end up the better of it after and in this situation it did a full 180 and I’m feeling so good after doing it!
