In this episode, Karey and Justin sit down with Judy Lee, Child Nutrition Director of Dickinson ISD, near the Galveston area in Texas, and discuss just how far school nutrition has come from plastic trays with mashed potatoes to full blown coffee bars and made to order pasta.

Judy shares her thoughts on the importance of the nutrition part, in Child Nutrition at school and what she and her staff are doing to ensure that today's youth has the opportunity to eat right from a young age.

We listen to Judy describe how her neighborhood rallied together to battle Hurricane Harvey in 2017 and how sometimes tragedy can bring out the best in people.
