Tom Norquist is from Portland, Oregon and moved to Fort Payne, AL when he was 34 years old. He shares about the neurological aspects that go into creating playground equipment and how with each intricate design they are able to create an amazing experience for people of all ages. Tom has had great success in his career believes that this success is in great correlation with his faith. He shares how important small groups are to him and how his dedication to time in the Word and prayer everyday gives him a great outlook on the day ahead.
