They also talk about what to wear and alterations that can be made to a bike to accommodate a growing belly, including flipping the handlebars up. In Amy’s weekly update, she shares details on how potty training went for her. She followed the method found in the Oh Crap! Book and also in the online course from Big Little Feelings. Her son was 3 and a half and the 3-day method was surprisingly as advertised, for the most part.
