James Moreauis one of the Co-Founders of Jet Protocol, a borrowing and lending protocol built on Solana, and JetDAO, the organization that supports its development.
James initially got into crypto by chance, when he found himself in the unlucky position of needing to send money back to the United States while he was living in South Korea. As a workaround, he ended up buying and sending himself some Bitcoin. Needless to say, he has been hooked on crypto ever since.
We discuss the rapidly evolving crypto space as a whole, as James describes the importance of UX in web3. We dive into the ins and outs of Jet Protocol, and JetDAO. James describes the governance mechanisms of JetDAO and their mission of inviting listeners who care about DeFi and DAO governance to get involved.
James leaves us with his favorite and least favorite aspects of Web3, and shares his favorite place in the world.
