HEY Y'ALL!!! It is another week and I am ready to welcome y'all to the Burnout Hot Mess Mom Club, I am your club secretary Lindsey! HA!  We are slowly recovering from a HUGE panic attack so I thought... why not talk about nervous breakdowns!?!  Oh yeah, I was also "that" mom who forgot about early release!  BUT through everything let's focus on putting a little more serotonin back into our day to reduce this cortisol! WOO!
