Amber is psychologist who works with people who experience eating and body image-related issues, anxiety, trauma, relational challenges, perfectionism and self-esteem difficulties. Amber adopts a strengths-based approach where she aims to elevate the client as the expert of their experiences. She draws from therapy modalities including Gestalt Therapy and Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Compassion Focussed frameworks.
