Two, two, two mints in one…ha I know some of you remember that commercial. No but hey this message came to me while I was working on another message, and but because I could feel the urgency to write it out I suspended work on the other message so that I could get this one in ink. This is a blending of several other messages with a different emphasis. I think in part that God is trying to prepare us for what is to come. We are not ready as a church to confront our business. 2020 showed us that we are not ready. COVID showed us that we cannot read the signs. The election showed us that we cannot read transitions. Once the President who came bearing burdens and possibly the judgement of God was in place we still could not see that things are off and required a response. From who? Us who call ourselves authentically born again believing Holy Spirit filled Christians who claim that we would die to ourselves daily and live as Christ, in Christ, for the soul purposes of Christ.
But so as in all things God, He has an immeasurable depth of Grace and Mercy and oh does He know how to extend it out to even the most ignorant Christian who waits for nothing more than the Heaven-bound train to take him away. Peeps keep in mind that I am a no body and nothing in this world. You don’t even know who I am, and so this makes me a prime candidate to share my thoughts on God and on teaching whoever is willing to learn, hear, and apply these messages. Once the stuff really hits the fan it will be too late to prepare. We see this in the 10 virgins whereby half were ill prepared to see Jesus face-to-face.
Ya wanna be a prepper who can complete his purpose on earth in what we will one day recognize as the war of all wars? Hiding away is not prepping, it is ignorant of the type of war we are really fighting. Let’s gather our gear shall we?
