This message started its life out as a 2-part series. This however makes it difficult for those who want the whole bite all at once. Well, so here it is two into one.
Sitcom? No…well yes but no this message is not about TV shows. I have heard it too many times not to address it. It being the statement, “What is the will of God?” You can test this out by hitting the pause button and going somewhere, anywhere you can find a Christian, and ask them what the will of God is. Alright go ahead and make it more personal, ask them what the purpose of God is for their life? Ha now we see the roots exposed. Way too many of us Christians do not know the will of God, in part because we do not ask him or read his Word, so we end up taking small shuffly lil steps hoping to get it right…well whatever it is. Nope, nope, nope.
We can know the will of God corporately and personally. He has outlined it in his Word. Now hold your donkeys for those of you that might be taking this to the next step already – provide me a moment to explain.
