In this episode....
One day when I was the Director of Operations for a Real Estate team out of the Seattle, WA area- the Agent I worked with received an email newsletter from PRO REA Staffing and Vanessa Rosenblum. That newsletter prompted me to reach out to Vanessa- who then introduced me to Kathleen Metcalf. We met in person for the first time in Los Angeles, California for a workshop that she and Vanessa had invited me to speak at. I soon came to find out that Kathleen was someone I could trust, depend on and heal with.
Kathleen has immense life and work experience which makes her an invaluable coach and leader. Beyond that, for me, her most valuable qualities are her presence and heart. I am grateful for the opportunity to call her my friend, colleague and fellow lightworker.

Kathleen is the heart and soul of the Inspired for Results team.
Her ability to look at the big picture and lead with an open heart allows her to create a welcoming space for real estate teams to grow.
Kathleen began her career in real estate in 2002 as an assistant for a top-producing agent in San Francisco, CA, where she also sold real estate as a licensed agent. Since then, she has founded multiple thriving businesses and has coached countless talented agents and real estate teams across the country. After ending her day at the office, Kathleen loves to cook, decorate, garden, snowshoe and give back to her community. She treasures her time with her husband, their family, and their two mischievous (and adorable) cats, Alvin and Motor.
