✨ In This Episode.....One day I was scrolling through Instagram and came across a woman who was speaking about the energy of "flow".
I was immediately captivated by her words AND her vibe. I'm always keeping an eye out for potential speakers for my retreats and events.

20+ years in the real estate game, and Toni Patillo is thriving more than ever! Recently awarded one of the most prestigious recognitions in her field, Toni is now an exclusive honoree of America's Top 100 Real Estate Agents.

For more than 11 years, Toni served as the Broker of Record for Keller Williams Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu Market Centers, where she was responsible for the oversight of over 400 sales agents.
One of the keys to her success has been her ability to recognize a golden opportunity and take inspired action. Which is why Toni made one of the most exciting decisions of her career and transitioned her real estate brand to partner with the revolutionary global brokerage, eXp Realty! Toni believes her success as an entrepreneur comes from her passion for education.
