Melissa explains Step 1 of the Alignment Vortex of Self Discovery, Vision. This is the method she created to help you live a purely aligned life!
- Step 1 is vision
- Wherever you are right now, can you look back and see what you were dreaming of and wishing for back then, do you have an element of that right now? Most likely yes
- Will it ever be enough? Why did I feel like it was never enough, because I had to get to the next thing and had this chase of someday
- Step one and vision ties into it because are you even clear on what you want?
- We are programmed to see the things we don’t want and create more of that
- What you resist, persists and sometimes it takes time to process
- There is no way to predict what we want our life to look like, there might be an essence, an idea, a picture, of what you want
- What is it about that, that you want? Is it freedom, time and space to enjoy life, to travel, to do what you want when you want, is it health and feeling good?
- Vision can be many things, dive into the essence of what you want, not exactly the how or the why you want it and create something on your terms
- It’s easy to get caught up building something the way someone else is doing it based on their results because it seems like the only way to do it
- It's great to model someone else’s success just make sure it’s the way you would do it
- Where are you currently frustrated or following someone else’s rules or methods because it works for them
- What would you do differently if there were no rules? Ask yourself the questions, pause and reflect to get clear on what you want
- Get clear on what you want and be aware of coaches and programs that are teaching their method and holding you accountable to the way they do it
- We don’t know what we don’t know, yes I had an idea about what I wanted, but deep down is that really what I wanted or what I wanted my life to look like?
- When I say growing your business or scaling business what do you think? This is where you really need to take time to reflect and think of the ideal scenario for you and your business
- Dive deeper into your definition of success and check in to see what is important to you and what you actually want
- Deep down in your unconscious you know the answer
- What are you inspired to do? You get make the rules, decide and choose
- We have permission to do it our way and play and experiment
- Sometimes taking action is the best way to figure out what works, what doesn’t and to change it if we need to
- Take some time to get clear about what you want
