In this week's episode I chat to a beautiful friend of mine, Jakob Casella.
Jake is a Subconscious Mindset Coach, and now author of the book UN-TRIGGERED.
Over the years in his own personal practice and his work, he has developed a new system called EPT, which is a process of healing your triggers at the root.
The word 'Triggered' is thrown around a lot, so in today's episode we dive into what a trigger is and HOW we can move past the trigger and find the healing. Jake's process is so powerful, and i'm so pumped to share this episode with you all.
