Sarah Mukasa is a pan-Africanist feminist with over 15 years’ experience in leadership and management at senior levels in the not-for-profit sector in Africa and Europe. She currently serves as the ivision Head of the Women’s Program at Open Society Africa where for the past 5 years she has strengthened the organisation’s support for feminist organizing, and was the Director of Programmes at the African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF).

In this episode she talks about philanthropy in the continent, the Open Society Foundation, shaping CSO programmes and her journey as a women's rights activist.
